At its core, A Path of Steps & Stories weaves the rustic elegance of a traditional saison with the layered complexity of an amber malt backbone. Locally grown Tennessee 2-row joins a thoughtful bill of wheat, dark Munich, biscuit, sunset wheat, dextrin, and rye malts to create a sturdy yet nuanced base. The result is a canvas that carries sun-dried apricot, toasted grain, and subtle caramel—balanced by a whisper of clove and gentle spice from the Belgian saison yeast.

- Alora – Soft peach and pear with a delicate floral lift
